Tips on getting a house sold
    17-07-2008

IRRESPECTIVE of property market trends, many people are required to sell, but may be unsure of how to go about it without losing too much money.

A local estate agency hopes to provide some answers in an open information meeting on July 23.

"There is much press about the economy, about rising interest rates and falling property sales. But what if you are one of those people who need to sell, even in this market? The good news is that, even in this market, properties do sell," declares Steve Caradoc-Davies, principal of Homenet Platinum, the company offering the presentation.

The one-hour sellers information evening takes place at the Erinvale Hotel at 18:15.

The agency will present an overview of statistics as well as tips for sellers on how to get a house sold.

"This is probably the toughest real estate market for the last 20 years - even worse than the high interest rates of 1998," says Caradoc-Davies.
