ANOTHER Strand development has emerged as winner in the CNBC Europe & Africa Property Awards 2008. The 23-storey Topaz, in Beach Road Strand, was named Best High-Rise Development.

It was announced earlier this month that Rialto Bay was also a winner in the event, for Best Apartment. The developers of the buildings will receive the awards at a gala function in London on September 27.
