The Octo Place development consists of four buildings surrounding a fifth common building. This building includes a coffee shop, salon, Postnet, Autobank and a roof garden, offering Octo Place tenants a place of relaxation on their doorstep. "Add to this its location next to Stellenbosch Golf Course, the vineyards on its borders and the beautiful mountain views and it is not difficult to see why this area has become so sought after," says the statement from Arun. Octo Place C, which is owned by Arun, has ground floor as well as loft offices to let from R90/m² to R120/m². The offices range in size from 133 m² to 650 m² and are available for immediate occupation. The development has been completed and is available for immediate occupation, the final touches are being added to the common building and the tenants will be moving in soon.
