This year's English setwork for grade 12 learners is once again Shakespeare's play, Hamlet, running from April 21 to May 3 in the Artscape Theatre.

There are also public performances at 19:00 or 20:00 in the evenings.

Director Roy Sargeant says, "This will be a Hamlet for young people (though not exclusively) and this is just great because Shakespeare uses the word 'young' or 'youth' or synonyms of that word so often in the play".

Hamlet, Horatio, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are university students, Laertes is sowing his wild oats in Paris.
