    AUDITIONS for The Boy Comes Home will be held on Sunday, June 29 at 19:00 for 19:30 at The Playhouse in Lourensford Road, Somerset West. The play is a South African drama set in the 1970's directed by Norman McFarlane.

    The play is based on a script written by AA Milne and tells the story a young man who returns from the Angolan war. The characters are Phillip (23-years-old), Pompous Uncle James, Philip's legal guardian (age between 55 to 70), Gentle Aunt Emily (aged 55 to 70), Stroppy Mrs September, the coloured cook (aged 35 to 55) and Dulcie the timid coloured house maid (18 to 28). All welcome to auditions.
