IT is the desire of every businessman and woman to manage a sustainable business inspired by customers/clients.
Most people know that a successful business is one that is characterised by excellent service, quality products, happy workers, conducive working environment and leadership-management style. If you believe, like I do, that this is quite a lot a businessperson can have it all at once in one plate, then there is not need for me to substantiate my belief in factors that characterise a successful business.
But what about someone who might be reading this article, yet left puzzled about what exactly am I talking about here?
