    Legendary figures in the sport of weightlifting in the Helderberg, South Africa and overseas, Hubert and Hester Montgomery with Aveenash Pandoo, the coach at the Hottentots Holland Weightlifting Club who was recently made coach/manager of the SA Weightlifting Team for the Olympics in Beijing.
