Radisson Blu Hotel Waterfront
recently completed a R16 million refurbishment of the property's 103 Standard Superior rooms.
Taking inspiration from minimalist, Scandinavian interior design, the sophisticated rooms now offer the finest backdrop to effortless relaxation. Along with fully re-designed bath-rooms and those little luxuries such as 100% pure cotton linen with a 300 thread count – the rooms make for a memorable stay in this internationally-renowned city.
"Not only do the rooms have a clean, stylish design and a more open feel but, with the use of modern technology, we have been able to drastically reduce our energy and water consumption which we know will have a measurable and positive impact on our planet," said Michael Rathgeb, General Manager
This renovation forms the second phase of the refurbishment of guest rooms at the Radisson Blu Hotel Waterfront as all of the hotel’s sea-facing Business Class rooms were revamped and modernised in 2008.
A new "Experience Meeting" concept was also recently launched at all Radisson Blu hotels for conferences. It features healthy, low fat & low sugar 'Brain Food,' rooms designed for productivity and free wi-fi for all deligates. Check out www.rezidor.com for more details.
