Pics: kulula's new Boeings

Budget airline, kulula, recently added three brand spanking new Boeing 737-800 aircraft to their bright green fleet. While two of the planes have been in service for a month or two, the third one completed its maiden voyage today (Friday) from Joburg to George. (Facebook)

Passengers on board this morning's flight were ‘saluted' for being part of kulula's big day.

And also received a special gift from the airline which now operates the most fuel efficient fleet in the local low-cost industry.

kulula also announced the launch of a brand new flight route between OR Tambo International and East London, with the first flight set to take place on 1 March 2013. Customers can start booking for the route on 28 November. (Facebook)
