South Africa's long awaited spring rains devastated many parts of the country yesterday. eNCA filed this video report. Heavy showers drenched the eastern half of the country, pelting some areas with hail. In Pretoria, hail covered parts of the city and in KwaZulu-Natal, the transport department issued a warning to motorists after several accidents were reported. Weather services say more rain is expected in Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, Limpopo and Mpumalanga.
