Hospice receives ‘seed’ donation

KHANYA Hospice was the recipient of a car that was donated to them as “seed” money from IFP eThekwini councillor, Prem Lyir from Verulam.

“He donated the car with the understanding that Hospice must use this as seed money. Hospice has started the fund- raising event whereby the public donate R20 and stand a chance of winning win this new Toyota Etios 1.5,” Neil McDonald, Hospice CEO said.

The draw will take place on the third day of the annual Hospice Fair to be held from 27 to 29 November at the DSB grounds in Craigieburn. Hospice also needs people to help with ticket sales. Anyone wanting to help with ticket sales can contact Hospice. A book relays to R600. Tickets are also available at all the Hospice shops.
