AMANZIMTOTI SPCA recently acquired the skills of Inspector Lucky Jali. “Inspector Jali joined our team at the Amanzimtoti SPCA on 1 July. He has been an inspector since 2004 and has extensive experience in dealing with cruelty cases and general animal welfare,” said SPCA Amanzimtoti manager, Tracey Girling.

“We are fortunate to now have two qualified inspectors on the road as we cover a huge area and the workload can now be divided.” Girling called on the public to report cruelty complaints to the SPCA so that inspectors can investigate and take the necessary action.

“Remember, we are the voice of innocent animals and turning a blind eye makes us just as guilty as the offenders. No matter how big or small, every complaint is investigated,” Girling said.

The SPCA emergency after-hours number is 072 122 7288
