THE Upper South Coast Art Association welcomed abstract representational artist, Guilia Forman, to Amanzimtoti on Saturday, 16 January. The artist demonstrated painting in acrylics.

Forman exhibits annually at Art in the Park and the Hilton Arts Festival and her work can be seen in galleries in Cape town, Johannesburg, Clarens and around Durban.

The demonstration was well received, given the artist’s vibrant style.

“Whatever I choose to paint, the constant is there … contrast … for this is the drama of life,” she said.
