Amanzimtoti Tennis Club news

ALL five courts were occupied on Saturday afternoon with some members waiting anxiously for a game.

The weather was perfect for some great social tennis. Midweek ladies please diarise April 19 for the start of the Sutton Cup League to be played each Wednesday morning for six weeks.

Fixtures for this event have not yet been received. Check the notice board for details and a list for names of those who wish to be part of the two teams the club has entered.

Our development clinic for primary school children has commenced for the first school term.

If your child shows an interest in learning to play tennis, bring them down to the courts on Saturdays from 9am to 10am.

Madi and Gabriel are on hand to show the children how it’s done.

Tennis racquets are available for use and children should ideally wear tennis type shoes.
