KEELY Crocker, a Grade 8 pupil at Kingsway High school, had the wonderful experience of working in a Johannesburg studio with well-known South African singer and songwriter, Louise Carver.

They recorded one of Carver’s original songs together called Home.

Keely was contacted a week later by the producers and asked if she would like to sing with Carver at her concert with Watershed in Cape Town on 18 June.

“I am very excited. To share the stage with Louise Carver is a dream come true. Louise is a true professional and has a beautiful voice. I am truly grateful for this opportunity,” said Keely.
