A NEW beauty pageant - the Face of South Coast - announced its winners during a recent event at 305 Guest House, Amanzimtoti.

Karen Landman, the current Mrs Out of Africa first runner-up and supporter of this worthy cause, said the winners will be involved in various projects throughout the year.

She said the pageant’s focus partly will be to raise funds for the Choc Foundation and the competition will take place annually.

Landman is also the owner of Simply Models modelling and finishing school and announced it will be opening its fourth branch in Amanzimtoti. The school focuses primarily on youth development and creating opportunities for young boys and girls.

“Face of South Coast was an initiative that started in April and we are proud of our winners and thankful to our sponsors for the amazing prizes. The overall public choice winner will spend a day or two at the 305 Guest House as part of their prize,” she said.

The Face of South Coast winners will work with Simply Models to uplift the community and is planning a wonderful Christmas gift event in the near future. - Supplied.
