AMANZIMTOTI SAPS members attached to the Umlazi Task Team, Sergeant Thembinkosi Thwala,

Constable Sandile Mbongwe and Constable Sthobile Mbongwe, were nominated and awarded the Provincial Tracker Award for 2016.

The award honours members of SAPS, whose efforts, in the use of the Tracker Stolen Vehicle Recovery System, have made a significant impact on the recovery of stolen and hijacked vehicles in KZN, thereby contributing to the fight against crime.
