ON Saturday at 3.12am Netcare 911 paramedics received a call about a bakkie that had rolled on the N2 opposite Shell Ultra City in Umgababa.
Reports indicate that the vehicle swerved out for someone while traveling towards Amanzimtoti. The bakkie then hurtled across the centre median. The nose of the vehicle dug into a ditch flipping the vehicle back over the front and causing it to roll several times.

“Netcare 911 paramedics found that the crumpled remains of the vehicle had come to rest on the southbound side of the centre median with the roof crushed.
“Two patients were found on the verge, one with serious injuries, while the others escaped with minor injuries,” Chris Botha, said Netcare 911 media liaison officer.
Paramedics treated the injured at the scene before transporting them to an Amanzimtoti hospital. - Supplied.
