IT has been a year since Sapphire Coast Tourism launched their popular South Coast Photo competition on Facebook to collect photos of our beautiful area for marketing and promotion.

The community will now assist tourism pick the overall winner.

The 13 winning pictures are on exhibit at the pop-up gallery, Art on Kingsway­, at Caltex Toti Oasis garage.

The public is ask to vote for their favourite­ on the Sapphire Coast Photo Comp page on Facebook. There are prizes for the overall winner and spot prizes for voters, which includes Sapphire Coast Tourism T-shirts and Lords and Legend meal vouchers.

The overall winner will get the Ultimate­ Sapphire Coast experience - Aliwal Shoal Scuba from Umkomaas is sponsoring a free shark cage dive.

Sapphire Coast Tourism will hold its annual general meeting on September 2, at Art on Kingsway at 11am, where the winners will be announced.

Fully paid up members are invited to attend the AGM and are requested to contact Louise on 082 574 3421 if they are attending.

Sapphire Coast Tourism is also calling on young and energetic people with an interest in tourism to consider joining the committee.
