Waste classification course to be held

2016-02-17 06:00

ENVIROSUS Consulting is running a waste laws and waste classification course, countrywide. This course is a must for anyone involved in waste or environmental management, delivered by a person experienced in both.

Since 2008 South African Waste Legislation has mushroomed and diversified. However, for the generators of waste, for municipalities and for waste companies and other environmental practitioners, keeping up with it all is a must, not an option. With this in mind, Laura Taylor has put together a course that covers all of the critical developments in waste legislation, planning and policy since 2008.

This will enable role players to plan for the future and seize opportunities that present themselves. In addition there is a new system of waste classification in terms of Sans 10234.
Delegates will be provided with a working knowledge of how to classify their waste according to this system and the new waste laws. The course will be held from 22 to 24 February at The Bali Grand from 4 to 6 April at Umbogavango, Amanzimtoti.

For more information on the course, the trainer, costs and how to book, call 031 903 1961.

How much food do you need to concentrate?

We have been taught that we need three meals a day in order to make it through the day and while most of us indulge in more than our fair share there is a large portion of South Africans who are living off barely enough to sustain them.
