Our government not that bad at all, people

2015-06-25 06:00

Even though South Africans tend to criticise our political leadership harshly, truth is, the is some good that comes from them.

My understanding of the Nkandla project is that there was going to be a mall built in the president’s home town.

I believe this would have created jobs for the local population and would have brought economic relief.

So, should they not have builot the mall, considering the above.

People always complain about the use of tax-payer’s money to fund these projects. How else could the have received the money.

It is also a fact that the government uses the money or funds to fight off dieases like Ebola.

South African were spared of this virus because of government and the use of tax-payer’s money.

Let us not also forget their sacrifices of the past; going into exile and leaving their families behind. Can we say they have to do a ‘catch-up’
