It is that time of the year again, where Taverners Football Association (TFA) opens their 2015/2016 season.

The league starts on the 18th October 2015 and games will be played at NY 49 stadium.

The organisers of Taverners Football Association promised the year filled with fun, entertaining and competitive.

Teams are that participate in the league are requested to attend a meeting on Thursday, 08 October, at Gugulethu Sports Complex, at 6:30pm.

Those who still need to register can also come to submit their registration fee.

The space is limited to 10 teams this season and the first come first serve rule will be applied.

Banana Sodinga, the organiser was “proud” to announce that 7 Stars Energy will be sponsoring the league and tournament with wonderful prizes.

Teams that are registered will be invited to a launch on Sunday, 11 October, at Mzoli’s Place.

More details will be discussed in a meeting scheduled later fot Thursday night.

There will be entertainment from Gugulethu Live Jazz Band.
