City Sightseeing South Africa, which operates the city’s topless red buses, is making waves with its new harbour cruise at the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town.

The 25 minute cruise is a wonderful way to see the city in a whole new light-from incredible mountain views to life in and around the Waterfront harbour- with its resident seals and visiting ships from around the world.

The cruise departs from and returns to the jetty outside the Two Oceans Aquarium, and is fully equipped with lifejackets to ensure your safety at all times.

During its roundabout trip visitors will see several key attractions including the SAS Somerset boom defence vessel, the largest synchrolift and the only drawbridge in the Southern Hemisphere.

Visitors will also learn fascinating facts about the Waterfront’s luxury hotels and the international stars they have hosted, to more about the grain silo complex and the factories belonging to large fishing companies. Tickets cost R40 and R35 and R20 for kids.

Four readers can each win a family set of four tickets to enjoy the harbour cruise.

SMS the word “city” followed by your contact details to 45527 before 12:00 on Wednesday 4 November to enter. SMSes cost R1.50.
