Friends of Qaphela Gobodo whose body was burnt in mysterious circumstances whilst he was a learner at Bergrivier High School in Wellington in 2016 will host a benefit concert at Christian Worship Centre (CWC) in Makhaya on Saturday 9 September.

At the time of the incident Qaphela was a promising rugby player who had been granted a scholarship to further his studies in Pretorua.

Various local gospel artists who have been touched by Qaphela’s story will perform at the concert.
