Come watch Miles Ahead

Jazz in the Native Yards in collaboration with the Labia Theatre premier Don Cheadle’s are hosting a movie on the music and life of Miles Davis, Miles Ahead, at Libia Theatre, in Orange Street, Gardens, on Friday 08 July from 08:30 pm.

Mandla Mlangeni, Johannesburg based trumpeter, Oz Yahiely (bass), Felix Wolf (drums) from Switzerland will promote their upcoming gig in the Native Yards on Sunday 10 July from 3pm, at Ny 138, no 52 in Gugulethu, from 8pm. They will feature special guests Mark Fransman and Dizu Plaatjies.

Tickets are sold at R80 (includes Mandla Trio performance and movie). For bookings you can log on to The Sunday’s event which is on 10 July tickets are sold at the door for R50.
