ILitha Primary School pupils have had the opportunity to meet the cricketing heroes who have inspired them, thanks to KFC Mini-Cricket.

Thembelihle Lonzi, from the school, had the rare opportunity of assisting Justin Ontong from the Cape Cobras with the coin toss when his team played the Unlimited Titans at PPC Newlands last Friday in the Ram Slam T20 Challenge.

A visibly excited Thembelihle was jumping up with joy as he approached the centrefield.

His team-mates from the school also seemed to enjoy coming face-to-face with their heroes and fielding on the boundary.
