As we move towards the end of the year and ushering in the festive season, another one bites the dust.

This is the time when most people start taking stock of the year going by.

By this time, reality has kicked in as they realize how much they have fallen short of their plans and goals.

It is round about this time that realists accept failure but theorist still maintain that there is still plenty of time to achieve.

The latter are those who will do anything, trying to make up for lost time.

Facing the honest truth at times helps people do proper planning for the future.

Seeking advice and making sure that you do not do the same mistakes again will help you start afresh and with a positive mindset.

Turning things around now and making sure that when the clock strikes the midnight hour on December 31st, you can start making resolutions for the year ahead.

You start now and work towards that and by the time it is 12 midnight you are celebrating and you know your plans are in place.

I do not want to go through what people do or wish for within the first 5 minutes of every New Year.

I am sure the Lord now knows who is serious and who is not because those resolutions

He knows these are just temporary and come the rest of the year, they will be out in some trunk, buried and again be dusted off come another 12 midnight.

Is this how we want changes in our lives. Come to think of it.

Make it as if it is a game by not letting go of your resolutions and you can only achieve this by starting now to work towards them.

No need to wait. Seek advice from those people who have achieved some of the goals you are looking for.

Some people do not wait until it is too late to start now.

Who knows, by the time you hit the 31st, you would have even achieved more of the goals.

I am firm believer in searching for advice from others and also taking note on how to achieve certain things.

Advice can be taken from even serious matters. As in the case right now that Kaiser Chips is finding itself in.

They need to take it from Pirates on how to loose or get rid of a coach and if they do take that advice they just need to make sure that they better the score line and lose by 10-1(hahaha).

Take care people.
