Advertorial: The importance of an anti-reflective coating

2016-01-28 06:00

WHAT is an AR coating?

A coating that is applied to the surface of lenses in order to reduce reflections.

They are applied onto optical lenses to allow for light to pass through effectively.

How do I benefit from this coating?

It reduces discomfort glare from the headlights of on-coming cars and prolonged computer use.

This means that your eyes will feel less tired by the end of the day. Contrast as well as overall vision quality improves.

Will it make me look better whilst wearing glasses?

Definitely! The decreased reflection allows your eyes to be visible behind the lenses. Camera flashes will no longer spoil your family photographs!
