LAST week saw some unusual and enthralling results with Kwazini F.C. smacking Two for Joy by 11 goals to 2 and a shock 4 - 2 win for young guns Juventus over Verulam United.

This will be followed up by a bumper weekend of football to look forward to with back to back fixtures at both Trenance Park and Verulam Recreation Grounds.

Be sure to head to the grounds with your family to support the local ever improving football talents.

The following fixtures will be played at the Verulam Recreation Grounds on 17 September (Saturday):

Game 1: Black City vs Green Leaf (3pm)

Fixtures to be played on the 18 September at Verulam Recreation Grounds:

Game 1: Parkgate Celtics vs Juventus (10.30am)

Game 2: Bhakabhaka vs Kwazini F.C. (12)

Game 3: Parkgate Celtics vs Green Leafs (1.30pm)

Game 4: Black City vs Juventus (3pm)

Fixtures to be played at the Trenance Park Grounds on the 18 September:

Game 1: Two for Joy vs Amakhehla F.C. (10.30am)

Game 2: Parkgate Swallows vs Hardworkers (12pm)
