FLAMBEL Primary School held a prefect leadership day recently.
The newly-appointed prefects attended a leadership course which included code of conduct, duties, group activities on how to deal with problematic situations and some outdoor team building activities.
The prefect mistress and co-ordinator of the programme Ms Maharaj said that it is a great honour to be chosen as a prefect at school. “It is of utmost importance that these young leaders are groomed and trained on how to carry out their duties in the proper manner.”

Principal Mrs Mahlinza congratulated the prefects and presented them all with certificates at the end of the programme.
