STUTTGART Diesel & Electro was voted by the Zululand Public as’’ Best Service Centre’’ for four consecutive

years.

Theses accolades serve as a testament to the tried and tested formula that focuses on customer service paired with quality workmanship.

At Stuttgart Diesel & Electro, it’s more than just getting your vehicle serviced or repaired. They pay attention to detail as they believe it’s about building relationships and meeting client’s requirements far above the industry standards and staff that are willing to go that extra mile.

The business owner, Strini Naidoo says that the success of Stuttgart Diesel and Electro is due to good old- fashioned business ethics.

“We do business the old way, where customers are allowed access to the workshop to be part of the process.

Openness and transparency are important to us and our customers have come to learn that we are honest, reliable and efficient,” said the passionate owner.

What makes Stuttgart live up to their reputation? There are 15 work Bays, with fully equipped diagnostics, fully trained technicians and test equipment for all brands available.

They ensure that they are able to keep at least 85% of all parts needed in stock.

“It speeds up services and repairs considerably,” says the owner.

Stuttgart Diesel & Electro has also invested millions of rands in new diagnostic equipment for the Tongaat facility. They have done this to ensure that they are the cutting edge of new technologies and advancements.

Something which is of dire need in Tongaat and the North Coast as a whole Diesel and Petrol diagnostics rooms in the new branch in Tongaat are dust and static proof to comply with world standards.

The team at Stuttgart Diesel & Electro are trained regularly at leading organisations like Bosch, Denso, Delphi, etc in order to keep up with the advances and be abreast of the ever changing Automotive Industry.

The owner Strini Naidoo has been trained and qualified in the Automotive industry with more than 20 years experience

Having served at leading vehicle manufacturers and then a successful tenure at Bosch South Africa and Germany amongst other countries, Strini’s wealth of knowledge coupled with his peoples skills are contagious to say the least let alone professional.

Stuttgart Diesel and Electro also provides 24-hour field support and has a fleet of vehicles that are fully equipped and manned by technicians that are always ready to come to the rescue of their clients at their homes or business.

The owner Strini Naidoo said: “With well trained technicians and the latest equipment, we ensure our customers are back on the road as soon as possible and with confidence.”

The owner added that they must be doing something right in order to be a winner four times in a row of the “Best Service Centre”.

This service offering and world class technology is now available to all on the North Coast, with the successful opening of their new branch in Tongaat Business Park.

Even with last year’s win, we will still strive to up our game in Automotive service delivery. We are positive about the future and will continue to provide our customers with the best service possible. “We are here to stay and add value to the town of Tongaat and surrounds.”
