THE Department of Correctional Services employees in the Kokstad Management Area supported a government campaign calling for the protection of women and children by wearing black and putting on red lipstick to work on 26 May.

Communication officer from Department of Correctional Services in Kokstad Management Area, Bonginkosi Mbotshwa said employees won’t relax while women and children are being attacked and killed.

Frans van Niekerk, senior manager in the Kokstad Management Area also supported the campaign and wore black.
“Department of Correctional Service men also supported the campaign and we want all men to protect women and children, who need to be loved and protected,” said Mbotshwa. - Supplied.
