Farewell to commerce chamber PR

ON Wednesday, the media and farmers and friends gathered at the Kokstad Chamber of Commerce and Farmers’ Association offices to say farewell to the organisation’s PR, Margi Flaming, who is moving back to Scotland, where she previously lived.

She is being replaced by Candice Woods.

“I want to thank the media, people and stakeholders of Kokstad for everything they have done for me and I will certainly miss all the fabulous people in Harry Gwala District and Kokstad town.

“I am happy about my new chapter and will certainly use all lessons I have learnt and experience I’ve had for the past three years.”

She said she will keep up with what is happening in Kokstad and people are welcome to stay in touch with her through social media and email.

Colleague Joan Nell wished her well and welcomed her successor, Woods.
