Gogo celebrates 100th birthday

NOMATSHAWE Mgijima celebrated her 100th birthday with family and friends at Dengwane village outside Matatiele on Tuesday.
Nomatshawe says that turning 100 is a blessing from God.

“I am turning 100 today and I am so happy to reach this age.”

Nomatshawe lives with her daughter Ntombizodwa Mabindisa (64) and her grandchildren. She enjoys soft food and loves gardening and cleaning her yard.

Her sister Nomasongo Mgijima (91), wishes her a long life.
