Orion Auto & Tyre turns 25

2017-08-11 06:01

PAT and Sue Radbone opened Orion Auto & Tyre on 23 September, 1992 as a service centre offering a broad range of Dunlop tyres.

Pat, older brother to Shaun Radbone, and no stranger to the service industry, received an international “Service Manager of the Year” award at Johnson Delta in Kokstad before his decision to open Orion Auto & Tyre in 1992. Orion Auto & Tyre is now a fully-equipped Dunlop Zone boasting cutting-edge technology and customer service, with a smile. “We are very proud of our partnership with Dunlop tyres and are proud to be part of the Dunlop Zone network.” – Shaun Radbone.

Shaun is a proud member of the company, described by Pat as a “real tyre guru”, a true ambassador for the Dunlop and Sumitomo brand in the Matatiele area.

Shaun’s passion for the brands is testament to his efforts and he loves putting the product to the test on and off the racetrack to ensure he can back his products with confidence. His experience includes five high-speed advanced driving programmes at Kyalami, Dezzi and Gerotek raceways as well as advanced 4x4 driving programmes.

Orion Auto & Tyre offers a comprehensive range of passenger, SUV and truck tyres perfectly suited for the Wild Coast of KZN and Eastern Cape areas. Shaun is dedicated to continuing the legacy of Orion Auto & Tyre and his plans are focused on growing his business and the Dunlop brand together as a partnership.

Orion Auto & Tyre is proud of the service offered to their customers over the past 25 years and looks forward to the next 25 years, and as part of their 25th birthday celebration, invites you to join in the celebration - visit Orion Auto & Tyre today and don’t miss out on their fantastic in-store special.
