Big match played week later

THIS year’s Carling Black Label Cup Tournament featuring South African football giants Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs will be played on 1 August instead of 25 July as confirmed by the organiser.

The game was rescheduled due to Pirates’ engagement in the Confederation of African Football (Caf) Confederation Cup.

Tickets are already available for purchase at Computicket. Thus far over 35 000 tickets have been sold and fans are urged to continue purchasing their tickets. Tickets bought before the date change will remain valid for the tournament. Meanwhile, fans are urged to continue voting for their starting line-ups, in the quest to build the strongest sides for their teams and also the chance to qualify to Be the Coach, and on the benches of the two teams.

By dialling *120*660* underliner code# on their cell phones (at a cost of 20 cents per 20 seconds) or visiting, they can easily select their starting line-up and lead their team to victory.

This will also automatically enter fans into the competition to be the match-day Consumer Coach where the winners (two) will get the opportunity to enjoy the game with the team from the bench!
