BETHLEHEM. Z The Miss Dihlabeng Beauty Pageant 2015Z2016 will be held on Saturday, 19 December, from 16:00 at the Bethlehem Town Hall.

Exciting prizes await the winners of the pageant and emphasis has been put on the importance of education. This is an event that will be enjoyed by everyone in Dihlabeng.

Though the participants will be the youth, parents will also benefit as the winners will walk away with scholarship prizes which will put smiles on their faces.

“The contest is one of the most important events on the social calendar of Dihlabeng.

“Friends and families from other places are invited to come and witness the talent and beauty that this community can show,” Shadrack Maboea, sponsor and marketing official of the event, said.

He said a large number of people are expected to come and witness this show and they could look forward to the occasion.

The pageant was officially launched by Dihlabeng’s executive mayor, Tjhetane Mofokeng, on 19 October at the Dihlabeng Mall.

Since the launch, the task team organising this event has been kept busy by the enquiries received and the interest shown by the general public.

Maboea called on the business fraternity to get involved in this project to help make it a success.
