Help children and win

2017-09-20 06:02

Engo is the largest non-governmental organisation in the Free State and consists of 34 child and youth care centres, 20 aged care centres and a number of social work services.

Fundraising projects are initiated throughout the year in order to raise funds for children in need.

For Our Children is one such project.

This is Engo’s anchor project and is run every year.

It provides a big financial injection for the 34 child and youth care centres across the Free State.

With a donation of R30 (for each ticket) members of the public stand the chance to win a Chevy Utility 1.4 bakkie to the value of R165 000.

With every ticket you buy, 75% goes directly to the youth care centres, or to benefit the residents and clients of the other centres and services provided by Engo.

The closing date of Engo’s For our Children project is 20 October.

Five finalists will be announced in November with the help of PwC. The final draw will take place on 1 December.

Tickets are available at all Engo offices and centres.

Those interested in getting a ticket can also visit www.engo.co.za to find the office or centre nearest to them.

For more information, contact Engo on 051-407-7200, go to the website or send an email to info@engo.co.za

The For our Children project is made possible with the assistance of sponsors Imperial Bloemfontein, Radio Rosestad and Volksblad Central Community Newspapers, of which Express is one.
