Make a dream come true

2017-07-26 06:00

Nanette Lottering:

I would like to greet you in the wonderful name of Jesus.

The reason for this letter is to request a donation towards the matric farewell of my son, who is a learner at the Blinkklip High School in Postmasburg.

I am a 50-year-old single parent who is unemployed.

It is a dream come true to see my son finish his matric.

He dropped out of school a few years ago, as I could not afford to pay his school fees or buy other essentials.

Although it was difficult, I managed to convince him out of the negativity surrounding him to return to school.

He is one of the few children in the family who managed to reach Gr. 12.

He is still positive about education as a way of esca-ping his impoverished background.

I am writing this letter to request a donation towards making his matric farewell a reality and a night to remember in a good way.

Any monetary contribution will also be appreciated and proof of purchase of the clothes will be provided to the sponsor.

Call me on 062-688-0196.
