2016-12-14 06:02

Two men facing charges of fraud involving property transactions will remain in custody until their next appearance.

The suspects, Thabang Daniel Moetinyana and Lebohang Moiloa, recently appeared in the Bloemfontein Magistrate’s Court. They were arrested for allegedly defrauding clients by selling one unoccupied stand in Maphisa Road to several people at amounts ranging from R50 000 to R170 000.

Sgt. Thabo Litabe, police spokesperson, said they had posed as agents of a property company, Wiseman Construction.

Anyone who might have been a victim is asked to contact Const. Matshediso Mapokane of the Park Road Detective Unit on 051-503-2910 or 082-526-2678.
