The provincial commissioner of the police, Lt.Gen Lebeoana Tsumane, strongly condemns a recent shooting in Mangaung where four people were fatally wounded and three injured.

This follows an incident on Tuesday, 25 July, at about 23:45 when two unknown men entered a house in the Chris Hani Location in Mangaung.

A group of people were sitting and drinking.

One armed suspect allegedly started shooting randomly at the people in the house, and thereafter both men fled the scene.

As a result of the shooting, four males, aged 16 to 32, died on the scene.

Three other persons, two men and a woman, were referred to a local hospital in Bloemfontein with serious injuries.

Anyone with information that could lead to the identification of the sus- pects should please call Det.Col. Nthako Mkhaulesi on 082-527-7504.
