Warriors want three points

QWAQWA. – After coming home with one point in an away game against Mthatha Bucks, African Warriors are hoping to collect three points when they welcome Highlands Park in a National First Division (NFD) encounter at the Charles Mopeli stadium on Sunday (24/01) afternoon.

Maihlome Ihlasele played to a goalless draw on Sunday (19/01) against Bucks at the Mthata stadium.

Highlands Park will also come to this encounter with their heads held high after playing to a 2-2 draw against log leaders Baroka FC.

The Qwaqwa-based outfit comes to the contest sitting on position 13 with 14 points in 15 games, while Highlands are on the fifth spot with 25 points from the same number of games.

They are just seven points behind the log leaders.
