  • Journeying Into Sound is a newly-formed body exclusively for women, aiming to empower young women through entertainment and music. It will be launched on Friday (03/06) in Bloemfontein.

This is set to take place at Enigmatic Queens of Sounds. Female DJs will entertain the audience at the launch.

  • The Jim Fouché Drummie Club will celebrate its achievements over 25 years by hosting a women’s evening with motivational speaker and life coach Gretha Wiid.

The event will also mark the milestone of the club’s quarter century in existence.

The proceeds will be used to fund new uniforms and equipment for the junior and senior drum majorette teams of the club.

The club’s membership includes learners of different school, racial and economic backgrounds.

4 June

A motoring spin explosion, showcasing local spinners, as well as ones from elsewhere in the country, will be held at the Grasland Arena, Bloemfontein.

This action-packed event will start at 10:00.

Entry is R100 for adults and R50 for children.
