SOCIAL tennis was well attended on Saturday. Members were happy to have ex-club member, Carl Groenewald present. Carl also played in the tournament on Sunday.

The Pannar mixed doubles tournament was held on Sunday with an excellent entry of 22 couples. This is proving to be a popular tournament with wonderful prizes, five-star food and excellent tennis.

Our thanks to Pannar for its generous ongoing sponsorship. Thanks also to chairperson Pierre Steyn for taking the lead and organising another enjoyable day of tennis. Also a big thank you to Kim Steyn and the committee ladies for the delicious lunch, and the members for the tea eats.

Visitors enjoyed themselves thoroughly and came from Camperdown, Pietermaritzburg and Howick.
