LITTLE Oaks visited the aQuellé factory in KwaSizabantu on Friday and saw a very advanced machine called a “blow-moulder”, which shapes funny-looking blue cylinders into aQuellé’s custom-shaped bottles before the bottles are filled with flavoured and unflavoured spring water.

The bottles moved like soldiers along a conveyor belt in formations of six for packaging. It was fascinating to see so many robotic machines together. After a welcome picnic at the KSB offices they Little Oaks received an aQuellé bottle to take home. A big thank to the aQuellé team, especially Mrs Stegen, for hosting the Little Oaks and showing them around
