Window on Wembley

2015-09-16 06:00

THIS past weekend Wembley College held its annual duck derby. It was once again an action-packed festival filled to the brim with fun for the whole family. There were go-kart races, huge inflatables, bands and over 70 sport teams, to name but some of the fun at this year’s derby. The Wembley College staff thank the Greytown community for their support in helping to make this year’s duck derby a huge success.

Wembley attended the annual Umvoti athletics meeting at Hermannsburg on Saturday, 5 September. Well done to all the boys and girls who did their best against Hermannsburg, Durban Deutche School, Domino Servite, Greytown Junior and Wartburg. Wembley came fifth. Well done to Shane Annandale for receiving the victrix ludorum.
