ON February 24 Greytown Junior School’s U/13 side travelled to Pietermaritzburg accompanied by Mr Stanczyk and Mr Goosen for the annual Ralph Caewood Day Night Series. Greytown played a total of four games and had an excellent start winning the first game 5-0 against Gert Maritz.

The second game was against Clarendon and Greytown won the game 19-0. The third game was against Scottsville. Greytown scored early tries and continued to add pressure leaving the final score at 42-0. Greytown’s last game was against Cowan House, and with the momentum building, Greytown easily took the lead and the end score was 46-0 in Greytown’s favour.
