SISEKELO High School Grade 11 pupils were given the opportunity to become entrepreneurs for a day when the school held a market day to encourage and shape entrepreneurial skills in view of the high unemployment rate in the country.
The message put over to pupils was that they did not have to depend on the government for everything, but could actually start their own business after matric or tertiary education.

A market day is held every year as part of the business studies curriculum so that pupils experience practical marketing and selling their goods on the school premises in order to make a profit.

The support of pupils was appreciated as well as is B.P. Fandaleki, the business studies teacher.
