THERE was a good turnout of the community and role players at the open day at Gunjana Clinic on 28 March organised by Umvoti Aids Centre with the backing of the Department of Health, Msinga Municipality mayor Mrs BP Ngcobo, ward councillor Mr Mshibe and officials.

Professional Nurse Miss Nonsikelelo Zondi spoke about the different services available at the clinic and the various aspects of health care.

Mr Amen Ngwenya from the Department of Home Affairs and the Mayor Mrs Ngcobo spoke to the community about the range of available municipal services, future planning and innovative upcoming projects.

Department of Health PRO Nhlakanipho Mahlangu thanked the Umvoti Aids Centre personnel for their dedication and for arranging the event that had received sponsored funding from the Sexual Reproductive Health Rights programme and the National Lottery.
