THE People of Destiny Ministries Greytown celebrated its 10th anniversary­ at a gala dinner on September 24, attended by guests from all Africa, including Kenya, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Ghana, Zambia, Congo, Burundi, and Pretoria, Johannesburg, Durban, Pietermaritzburg and surrounding areas.

Umzinyathi District Mayor Petros­ Ngubane delivered the keynote speech in which  he congratulated the organisation for its contribution to the community and encouraged the community to help in eradicating poverty, crime and corruption.
“Churches need to keep praying for the leaders in public office so we can serve the people with a pure heart.”
He was also pleased to know that in a small town there is a church where every race is represented, and encouraged people to embrace each other’s culture as a symbol of unity.  

Founder of People of Destiny, Apostle Emmanuel Nkhoma thanked the Greytown community for supporting the vision of the ministry.
To celebrate the anniversary it was decided to honour individuals who had contributed to the improvement of the community over the years.
THE LIST WAS SELECTED BY THE COMMUNITY THROUGH A RANDOM QUESTIONNAIRE BY PEOPLE OF DESTINY MEMBERS AND THE FOLLOWING WERE PRESENTED WITH LEADERSHIP AWARD CERTIFICATES:
